1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may upload, display, and do with the nextdooh Service operated by KRYIL INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Breach of this AUP may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination.

2. Prohibited content

You must not upload, schedule, or display content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent;

• you do not have the rights or consents to display (including third-party images, video, music, and fonts);

• is sexually explicit, depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism;

• harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against any person or group;

• is deceptive, misleading advertising, or violates advertising and consumer-protection law;

• contains malware, or links intended to phish or defraud viewers.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or devices; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without our written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; circumvent device pairing, subscription limits, or authentication; resell or sublicense the Service except under a written reseller/white-label agreement; or use the Service to build a competing product.

4. Health data and PHI

nextdooh is a general-purpose digital-signage platform and is not configured as a HIPAA-compliant environment by default. You must not upload, display, or otherwise process Protected Health Information (PHI) or other individually identifiable health data through the Service unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been signed with Kryil in advance. This includes patient names on queue or schedule boards, appointment details, diagnoses, or any health record. If your use case involves PHI, contact [email protected] to arrange a scoped engagement and a BAA before uploading any such content. Content uploaded in breach of this clause may be removed.

5. Lawful display and third-party rights

You are responsible for ensuring that displaying your content in your locations is lawful, including obtaining any licences for music/performance rights, complying with outdoor-advertising and signage regulations, and respecting the privacy and image rights of individuals shown in your content.

6. Audience privacy

You must not use the Service, or any integration with it, to collect biometric, facial-recognition, or device-identifier data from passers-by without a lawful basis and clear notice, in line with applicable privacy law (including the DPDP Act and GDPR where relevant). Kryil's player apps do not perform audience measurement by default.

7. Security and integrity

Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected] rather than exploiting them. Do not share device tokens, support PINs, or credentials. Do not use the Service to send spam or to store or distribute another party's data without authorisation.

8. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity and legal obligations. To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, email [email protected] with the details.
