What counts as a “device”?
One running instance of the nextdooh player on one screen — regardless of surface. A browser kiosk, an Android stick and a BrightSign each count as one device. You choose how many at checkout.
Are all eight surfaces included on every plan?
Yes. Android, Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Windows, Linux + Raspberry Pi, BrightSign and browser kiosk are available on every plan.
How does proof-of-play work?
Each play is logged with its exact duration in seconds, carrying a server-written SHA-256 over the row's identity. Native players (1.3.5+) also sign with a device HMAC from a secret shared at pairing, so an auditor can confirm the row came from that device and not a fabricated event — browser-kiosk rows carry the SHA but no HMAC. Nothing updates or deletes a row once written, and the whole log exports to CSV so you or an auditor can re-derive every hash independently.
Can we white-label it?
On the Enterprise plan, yes — your logo, domain, palette and reseller tenants, fully isolated. On-prem deployment with source escrow is available on the top tier.
Monthly or annual — and what about taxes and currency?
Plans bill per device, monthly or annual; annual carries a discount (shown on the toggle above). Indian prices are in INR + 18% GST. Other currencies are shown for reference only: we anchor on the US dollar price and convert from it at today's rate, including a 3% cross-border card charge. Billing itself is in INR, so your card's converted total may differ slightly. Payments are processed securely by PayU, and active offers apply automatically at checkout.
