Governing law & jurisdiction

These documents are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your own country, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Service. Where local data-protection law (e.g. EU/UK GDPR) grants you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
