1. About this notice

This notice is given under Sections 5 and 6 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). It tells you, before you create an account, what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have. By ticking the consent box on the registration form you give your free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent to the processing described here.

2. Who is the Data Fiduciary

KRYIL INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Kryil", "we"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you provide when you register and operate a nextdooh account. Contact: [email protected].

3. What personal data we collect

At registration and during use we collect: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and gender (optional), company name, company size and industry, postal address, and account credentials (stored only as a secure hash). When you operate screens we also process device and technical data (device identifiers, model, OS/app version, IP address, storage and playback telemetry).

4. Purposes of processing

We process this data to: create and secure your account; provide and operate the signage service; communicate service, billing and support messages; verify your email; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax and audit obligations. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

6. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to: (a) access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed; (b) correct, complete, update or erase your personal data; (c) nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and (d) grievance redressal. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

8. Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal/audit retention windows, after which it is deleted or anonymised. See our Privacy Policy for the detailed retention schedule.
