How refunds and cancellations work for paid nextdooh subscriptions — including our 7-day money-back guarantee. Payments are processed by Cashfree in INR.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the nextdooh platform purchased from KRYIL INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Kryil", "we"). It forms part of our Terms of Service (/terms). Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, in Indian Rupees.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the date that payment was made. We will refund the amount paid for that subscription term (including applicable GST), and your subscription will be cancelled.
The guarantee applies to a first purchase or a renewal payment. It does not apply to add-on usage already consumed, or where the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time — your plan simply remains active until the end of the term you have already paid for, and then does not renew. We do not charge an early-cancellation fee, and we do not cut a paid term short.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your organisation name and the invoice number, and tell us whether you are requesting a refund (within 7 days) or cancelling auto-renewal. We will confirm by email. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Cashfree, normally within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Where a tax invoice was issued, the corresponding GST is adjusted in accordance with applicable law. We do not refund to a different account or by a different method than the original payment.
Enterprise plans and any subscription purchased against a quote or order form are governed by the refund and cancellation terms of that order form, which prevail over this page to the extent they differ.
If you are charged but your subscription is not activated, or you are charged twice for the same order, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or failed-but-charged payment in full. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
